And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Your Good News of the Day: At least 21 Islamic State (IS) militants were killed after a suicide bomber blew his car-bomb’s horn in farewell to other jihadists in a remote area of Samarra, Salahaddin province, and that set off the bomb.
Having been in various third-world countries, courtesy of Uncle Sam's Misguided Children, it seems the most used thing on any vehicle is the horn. Not the brakes, not the accelerator, the HORN. So maybe it was just an uncontrollable impulse for the driver to honk the horn....and I bet his last thought was "Oh snap, I shouldn't have done that...."
