“So this is how liberty dies… with thunderous applause”

Upon exiting the Constitutional Convention Benjamin Franklin was approached by a group of citizens asking what sort of government the delegates had created. His answer was: "A republic, if you can keep it." The brevity of that response should not cause us to under-value its essential meaning: democratic republics are not merely founded upon the consent of the people, they are also absolutely dependent upon the active and informed involvement of the people for their continued good health.

Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

John Adams

  5. I can't wait to hear the wails and nashing of teeth from progdemsocialistcommie voters when the taxes are raised this year...already, the potential migrants and illegals from down south feel betrayed by the joe and ho admin types telling them "no, not just yet" as they head to the border.
Obama is prescient in his prediction that joe could screw up pouring water from a boot.

  7. Unfortunately we now have “democracy” which is nothing more than two wolves and a chicken voting on what’s for dinner...

  12. Newamerica has risen and the old America has fallen. Never to return. We let it happen, by failing to bloody some noses and hold the scoundrels accountable. Don't believe me? Where is Lois Lerner, after she weaponized the IRS against conservatives? Where is Cuomo after he flooded the NY nursing homes with the C19 infected, leading to a massive pile of rotting corpses, Where is Obama after he delivered billions in actual cash bills to Iran? The list is endless. Sure we complained, but not one of us lifted a finger to do what must be done. May the boots rest gently on your necks.

  13. If I'm not dead yet, I'm not finished.

"Once a government is committed to the principle of silencing the voice of opposition, it has only one way to go, and that is down the path of increasingly repressive measures, until it becomes a source of terror to all its citizens and creates a country where everyone lives in fear." - Harry Truman August 8, 1950

  14. Our children and grand children were the generation Reagan was talking about....you know, the one where the loss of our freedom was only a generation away....Biden may have participated in the fraudulent election, but there were still enough fools who voted for this slimy cock sucker to bolster the illegitimate vote....

  15. Wow, we did it. The United States has managed to drop to mid-20th century Mexico levels of overt corruption where everybody voted against the PRI but the PRI always, always won. A very complicit media managed to help drum up enough votes for the party to keep them within striking distance during a Presidential election where they could use vote rigging to get them over the line. Sound familiar? Get used to it.
