When I was a kid Fried Brain sandwiches were a big deal. I have eating a lot of weird stuff, including blood soup, but I never touched the Fried Brain. Oh, wait I did have a Fried Brain once, but it was after a Dead show. ;)
Brain fritters were served at my school cafeteria back in the late 50's, hated them with a passion, heck, stuffed peppers were almost as bad but preferable to that stuff.
Dr. Lecter would give it 5-Stars, but the wine list isn't up to scratch.
