And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
When I was a kid we had hand shift-foot clutch motorcycles similar to the turquoise rig, and not a single speedo would work out of our group. Just like the above picture. It was hard to even get that pictured electrical switch to be reliable. That being said Harley's ruled the roost.
The pic of the bridge with the traffic is the Bixby Creek Bridge. The first time on the Coast Highway, we came up to a traffic back up and when we finally got to the bridge, a helicopter was just pulling a body up from about two thirds of the way down. Someone had committed suicide by jumping a car over the guardrail. Freaky!
