  1. Nice looking car. I wonder if it'll still be in demand after the progressive green-new-dealer's mandates put the price of a gallon of regular north of $12, and then they ban fossil-fuel powered vehicles altogether. I'm figuring it'll happen not too long after the ban on all firearms.

  2. Wow, it's amazing just how good American cars can look with proper alterations.

  3. My sister had a black one, 73 I think. She loaned it to my brother and he wrapped it around a giant palm tree. The shit we used to waste.

  4. Had a '73 Javelin, metallic blue, but it had the stock 304, back in '78-'79. I did put headers on it, with straight pipe and Cherry Bombs. The only bad thing about that was that my mom always knew when I didn't make it home by curfew. Fun car.

  8. The Ring brothers did an incredible job on this AMC Javelin and ruined any chance for a block like me in ever getting one. The price on these cars, even if they are JUNK, just quadrupled!

  10. They pushed the front axle forward to increase the wheelbase and adapted the front fenders to fit. Marvelous.

  11. I am not a fan of their cars. Too over the top for me. More works of art than boulevard cruisers. Cars are meant to drive, not be museum pieces.

  12. Right you are CM! Even though it's a well done piece of machinery, I too much more appreciate a stock automobile. Loved the original AMX's. Weight to HP ratio was crazy with that big V8 they shoved into it!
