And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Me likes, too. But are we sure this isn't a photoshop? No door seam, the driver would be sitting on the fender liner, and I'm not seeing much leg room. The skull logo on the utility box looks superimposed as well.
Reminds me of the little Japanese RHD I had for a while, but more radical.
Think 350 V-8, transmission, transfer case. Negative length driveshaft? Photo shop gets my vote, but a clever one. The skull & crossbones looks too sharp, too, against the photo resolution. If it's not photoshop, the driveshaft must be all slip-joint.
This is still do-able. Chevy van front sheet metal with matching year pickup truck rear cab sheet metal. Mate the front and back sheets and you could come up with this! Put it back on the van frame so engine, etc. matches up and church up a rear pickup bed to fit. That would be an outstanding one-off setup!
First glance was that it might be a weird unimog with a Chevy body grafted, but it is a photoshop as there are no offset geared hubs showing and all the other little details as mentioned, no door hinges etc. Fun idea, Jeep cab over already did it back in the late 50's.

Whoa. Now I LIKES that! Can you imagine the work it took to make that possible? I'm not seeing how that drivers door works.
ReplyDeletethe craftsmanship is so fine, even the door seams all but disappear.
Deleteit would make a great matchbox collectible.
