And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Living the Life
A couple weeks ago Mrs. CW adopted this stray kitten from someone at her work. It's got its shots, and now seems to have settled in. He's certainly found the right sunspot to sleep in during the day!
It looks a lot like my Mother's last cat, including the name, and she sure gave my parents a lot to look forward to. They both outlived my Father by a little over ten years and passed on within two weeks of each other.
We have 4, 1 of them likes to lay on the fireplace mantle. 1 likes christmas tree tinsel. 1 tries to fit into a way too small basket sitting in the corner. and 1 is Daddy's gurl.
