And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Smashed the fairing/windscreen? with his helmet or possibly his neck. Judging by the size of the hole, I'm thinking it was his neck, which might explain his odd head nodding routine. Even if it was protected by his leathers, his neck/throat must be feeling a bit sore. Wouldn't surprise me if he pitted, or even pulled over immediately, as he might have breathing difficulties.
When a bike starts to wobble, yanking the front wheel up normally stops that bit of action, as it unloads the chassis stress/flex.
He is checking his leathers for leakage.
