Comparison: T-34-85 and Tiger

  1. Cool photo. The one on the right is much the better tank, but you can build 5 of the ones on the left for the cost of one on the right.

  3. 84,070 T-34 tanks were built compared to 1,350 Tigers. Tractor factories were producing T-34's at a rate were they were abandoned when damaged. Where Tigers had to be maintained, which slowed down troop movement. No parts, no tanks!

    2. The T-34-85 on the left was a good Russian tank during World War 2.
      Some main problems with it were that the tracks could be easily broken, or the welds can crack because on many models, the hull wasn't welded properly.
      The Tiger H1, on the right is a good competitor for the T-34-85, although the front armor isn't sloped, the angling on the Tiger works like a charm, having effective thickness on the front of around 130mm when angled.
