And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
An old friend from my youth, when I lived in Enterprise, who now lives in Cottonwood, has a collection of WW2 vehicles. I've mentioned your site to him with the thought he might send you a pic of two.
HI CW!!!, Back in my High School (Class of '63) daze was in the local Airport Civil Air Patrol Sqdn.!! The C.O. had one and one of the Senior members had one!!! Fun to ride and drive .. till it RAINED!! "AND!!," it rained a lot in La.,... but we made do!! skybill PS straight .MIL Jeep, no top unless ya made one!! Most of the time we drove them with the windshield tilted fwd.. we never could get them to go fast enough to have to wear goggles!!
too much rust on the Tommy gun, and the M1 Garand looks like it would be hard to access quickly. Nice restorations otherwise
