And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
What's that contraption at the aft end? It looks a little like a dual supercharger setup, with the Roots blowers on end and maybe twin hydraulic turbos feeding it too>?.
I looked it up on the (ultimatecarpage.com) V12 Auto Union with twin stage Roots supercharger circa 1938 3 litre and 485 bhp. apparently a real beast to control. Bill The Bunyip

ReplyDeleteIt certainly looks like it can get out of its own way. That powerplant would look nice in the back of an old Criscraft also.
