And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

An interesting place to be during a gale
Keiss Castle stands on sheer cliffs overlooking Sinclair’s Bay less than one mile north of Keiss village centre, Caithness, Highland, Scotland.
I bet the building was more extensive as well - I think you can see the remnants of a wall on the far side of the building that is on the cliff. Many castles in the UK have those 'wall stubs' where the walls came down but you can see where they were attached
