And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
This is irritating as F. No explanation here, which I understand, but Google can't provide any explanation either, just a bunch of copies of the same GIF. People who unleash stuff like this on the world without any explanation ought to be shot.
In your defense, there was no explanation where I found it, but it is an underwater shot of someone being pulled toward shore by a wave. Ok, there it is. That's all I know.
It's not in reverse. This is someone 'going over the falls' (in the parlance of surfers). The camera is from underwater (obvious) and filming the inside of a breaking, or spilling, wave as it rushes towards the shore.
'over the falls' can be defined as remaining in the crest of the wave as it breaks, thereby plunging downward as the wave crest is tossed forward of the wave.
I guess none of you surf or have surfed or witnessed anyone surfing or didn't understand what you saw.
