  1. If it was good enough for great grandpa in the Big War (WW1), it's good enough for me.

  2. My first kiss of sorts was courtesy of JMB's creation. Flirted around but always come back to M1911A1.
By the way, my great-grandpa and three brothers were at Gettysburg. Their choice of round was likely .58 caliber.

  3. Things are a bit different today. Home invasions often involve 4 or 5 people. With a miss to hit ratio of 3 to 1, 15 rounds is a de-facto minimum as a viable defense. I absolutely enjoy my 1911's. It's time we recognize the fact that capacity is a key factor in the right to keep and bear arms.

  4. If I miss one, I can beat them to death with it.

  5. I love my 1911, but I carry a Glock 21. A capacity of 13+1 is better when under fire.

N177CJ, does that mean you own a Cardinal?

    Lovely aircraft...

    1. Right there above is the practical answer, though I will concede John Browning's creation is easier on the eyes.

  6. Personally, I’m lucky enough to get the best of both worlds with my double stack Para-Ordinance 1911. “The Lord’s caliber - now in a larger easy to carry size...”

  7. If you need more than seven pills to accomplish the task, then head back to the range and work on your aim points.....

This is pretty cool, and is downloadable. Requires Adobe Flash.
