And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

I wonder how durable these track things are. They could get you into some tight spots, then break, and be unfixable on the trail
They're quite unimpressive when they break thru some ice....better have some survival gear with you, be prepared to pack out and wait till spring to retrieve.
There are a lot of variables in terrain and those units have a lot of moving parts. I'm with Danne. Bring snow shoes and gear and be prepared to walk when it breaks.

ReplyDeleteNot only could the track mechanism break but the massive torque needed to run these could cause components of the drive train to break.
