And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
WTF was going thru the mind of the aviator who was landing. looks like unpremeditated attempted manslaughter to me. probably police helicopter at that. there is absolutely no reason except pilot stupidity that caused this "accident" and the landing pilot should be before the mast post haste.
First bird is about 15 feet left of the marker. The second (dumbass) pilot isn't looking at the location of the first helo when he lands. He is looking at the ground marker. He straddles it perfectly.--Ray
The hangar where our plane is at is a couple of hangars down from a helicopter school. Some of the students make me a bit nervous... I keep a wary eye on them.
Big insurance claim
ReplyDeleteI bet that guy crapped his pants before scurrying away...
ReplyDeleteNo reason to delay departure that long; me, I would have been crapping as I ran.

DeleteThe police officer/pilot in the 2nd chopper had his Krispie Kreme slide off his lap and he was reaching for it.
