Those Puerto Rican girls are just dying to meet you
One of my tenants is an elderly Ecuadorian woman so hard right she'd throw a commie pinko like you out the helicopter and knife you in the back as he heaved.

Or she was wearing something with a weird high collar out in the sun too long. hard to tell. The photographer should have paid better attention to the lighting if it a shadow. It does take away form the photo somewhat.
Think of her in automotive terms: A Puerto Rican designed car would be achingly beautiful, fast, exciting, unreliable, and dangerous as hell. It also wouldn't age well. Finally, if you're not vigilant you could end up with your yard full of worthless models from the same manufacturer...
Pretty. Falls within the range of acceptable phenotypes (for me...YMMV). No visible ink or piercings. Can't really judge personality or baggage based on the pic, but I see no immediately obvious red flags or dealbreakers.
