  3. The sign said "Do Not Stop On Tracks". It didn't say anything about not crossing tracks when the gate is down. (Even if no one was hurt, think of the problems the train passengers came into because of some stupid dweeb)

  4. Well obviously the gov't eff'd up by NOT making the gate go ALL the way across the road. And maybe some retractable ground spikes just in case.
