And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
A friend came by yesterday in her 'new' pickup. It's an '82 Toyota FWD with a 22R motor, a five speed and locking hubs on the front axle. I told her if she ever wanted to sell it to let me know. She said that everybody that has seen that pickup says the same thing.
She recently drove through the pits at a Prairie City dirt bike event and the friend that was with her said "Wow Cyndi, everybody is checking you out". Then she explained "They're not checking ME out; they're checking the PICKUP out".
High school pal got one, used, for his birthday, (very cool mom and dad), red, MACH III, 428 and 4 speed, this is 1975, nothing but a very fast Ducati I ever rode in or drove went fast like that Mustang, it was just crazy power, visceral power, feel it thru the floorboards power, pin you in your seat power.
I'd sell them and buy another Toyota truck.
