The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Not a reason in the world he couldn't be riding on the sidewalk. In 50 years of riding, I've only had to get off the sidewalk for a total of 1 minute or so.
I think that's a rear window. You can just see the defroster wires and the window looks nearly vertical. Mini van? Looks like he hit in about the same plane as the window too. Still a chance for a wiper fwap though. Heh.
