  1. My son and his wife went on one of those foodie tours to Barcelona and took a class to learn how to make Paella. They did the whole process including going to various markets to get ingredients. I still have not gotten any Paella out of the deal.

  6. My first experience with Paella was in 1974 in Alicante Spain. It was just seafood; no chicken or sausage was in the Paella pan. What a splendid treat.
