And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I have very little practical information about which device is better, more reliable, efficient, economical, etc. for a home user. Any sites for advice or do you provide your opinion? Thanks
That was meant as a joke. In the '90's, Intel would propagate commercials on TV with the "Intel Inside" constantly. So, we took it as a consumer product warning label. But it seems the consensus these days that Intel as a company is in trouble as they've been promoting financial engineers to run the company instead of real engineers. This is reflected in their stock prices. AMD, however, is soaring due to sales of their Ruzen chipsets. Most reviewers seem to prefer their cpu's over Intel's. Just my $0.02....
- 8 GB RAM is inadequate for many users pushing their hardware limitations - 16 GB will avoid those issues. In many cases w/ laptops, there is a second memory slot so you can add a second 8 GB module after purchase without too much drama. - There is nothing esp wrong with intel cpus and you get pretty much what you pay for. Ryzen CPUs tend to run hotter & use more battery when high performance kicks in than a comparable Intel CPU.
Remember that the "Intel Inside" is a consumer product warning label.
