And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Same here. My first one was a basic 10" Skil (as I recall). That got me hooked and like Tool Man Taylor I had to have MORE. The model above is in my shop.
I have a dewalt dual compound,very nice but is one heavy bugger to lug around.
As a carpenter recommend a small/battery chop if just light trimming out a home,for larger stock/jobs this saw is the balls....,that said,mine was built 15 years ago.
I went independent , handyman, contractor almost 30 years ago. This was the first thing I bought. I believe I paid around $350? Still use almost every day. Replaced belt twice. but it is a work horse. Unfortunately weighs about the same! Im retiring this year, wont havta carry down steps anymore! Haha
