And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
My stepfather had that exact car when he married my mom. A 1968 sedan de ville. He traded it for a newer coupe de ville (dark blue) in 1970. Cost for the loaded out caddy was $7,000 out the door. Sold it 7 years later for $700. It was a rust bucket by then. We also got a new Plymouth Gold Duster same year for $2400. Sold that also 7 years later for $700. Gas prices that year were high and a car with high MPG was more in demand. XisDshiz
Could fit six people across the back seat… pre Frankenfood days of course…
ReplyDeleteAlso looks good for picking up the big girls.
