  7. We had friends who built a house overlooking the Pacific on the Oregon coast. It was at least 300 feet up on a cliff with a path down to the TREE-LITTERED beach (from the logging industry up the coast). A wonderful place to watch the huge storms come in, and a very SAFE place to watch from as well. This is just a bit LOW in elevation.

  8. It's going to get a lot more real when the first storm wave rides INTO the house.

There's stupid, and then there's beach house stupid.
