And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I keep drawing a blank trying to find the logo she has on her hat and left shoulder. Looks like three arrows side by side with some circles scattered in. I should remember this. What is that?
yeah. had a great hunting dog like that too. but with Jack, it was rabbits. I had to give him at least one every time we went hunting. even when he got older (12-15) he was still getting them up. one time when he was slowing down, I took him to the fields for one last run. no ammo in the gun. and the field had already was gone over by 2 other dogs and hunters. he still managed to get 3-4 rabbits to run. he was the BEST 20 dollar pound hound I ever had. he got a steak dinner that night after making those other dogs look bad.

ReplyDeleteThe pup looks pissed off that he retrieved the bird, and then he was not allowed to eat it...
