And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? That's one snake that will never take such a shortcut between wires again
I've heard of post turtles, but never a high wire snake. How the ever loving heck does a snake fall across a pair of HT wires (unless assisted by an eagle or hoomon?) Definitely crispy, if y'all recall the old hot dog cookers that we had in the 1970's? Put the wiener between two spikes and run 110AC through it, done in seconds.
It's really a stick someone likely tossed up there to cause exactly that, but the story is better if you imagine it's a snake who made a bad, last decision.
Dinner is served… as soon as it falls that is…
ReplyDeleteSend it back, it's overdone.
