And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I have 2 of those knives. Got them from Woot, of all places, more than 10yrs ago (2009ish IIRC). They're nice, however they do not do well for heavy cutting. The frame is the spring to lock the blade as well as the pivot point. If you put too much down pressure when cutting, you'll unlock it and out comes the blade. Nice for opening boxes and mail, but be careful if you use it for anything heavier.

ReplyDeletean SAK Inox Cadet is a neat carry, sized quite well. I altered the nail file on mine as an awl, leaving (+/-)85% of the file intact.

ReplyDeleteAnything less than 9mm must have Magnum in the caliber for it to be a defensive gun.
