  2. Back in another century, I worked for the power company. All the linemen carried 9" side cutters and a pair of Channel Locks. I've never been without since.

    1. I've owned my Klein linesman and dikes since 68. Both still sharp enough to clip mustac6hair.

  4. I've had the yellow handled needle nose pliers shown for almost 35 years. They are still one of my most used tools and are still in excellent condition. Quality counts.

  5. As an electrician in the 70s, I too, used these tools. I still have my set. The yellow handled needle nose back then came with a notch for stripping #12 copper.

  7. Old power guy here also. My Linesman pliers are 45 years old, work like new. Cut anything, take any abuse. My Klein angled hardened side cutters are the same way. Buy once....
