Wide set eyes are an indication of fetal alcohol affect. There are many issues that can stem from that, mostly learning based. Sort of like ADD but not as easy to manage medically.
I just finished watching a movie in Netflix called "Furiosa - a Mad Max Saga" where this young lady is a lead character. I am pretty sure that the film was made before she did her radical face surgery/changes. She certainly was stunning in the film.
Can't figure out how to classify her in my minds babe scale. All I can think is if she is a good natured chick then she's a kind of beauty, otherwise she ain't.
