  1. One of the best meat and veggy combos ever invented, something about the onion/pepper complementing the grilled sausage flavors, and an ice cold beer to wash it down. Thats living large in my book.

    1. It does look like too much for the bun... it looks GOOD but I think there would be problems picking it up and eating it...

  4. Our local restaurant has an item "The Smokehouse Platter", brisket, smoked sausage, pulled pork, and ribs. I ordered it there on my birthday, ate my fill there on
    Wednesday and are still eating the leftovers. The pulled pork in a french roll is a great breakfast.
