And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
My 1st car was a 61 Falcon wagon, back in '69. Straight 6, easy to work on. Good mileage, but the gas gauge didn't work. Had to keep track of miles driven. Only ran out of gas once.
A buddy of mine is restoring a '62 Falcon 2-dr hardtop. With factory air conditioning. Car is/was in decent shape, but needed work!

ReplyDeleteI think a Falcon was my parents first new car, ever. My brother promptly rolled it one night on a dirt road in a buffalo pasture.
