    1. Doc said no cooking on cast iron or fatty red meat. Ribeye was always my favorite cut. Hey saw bones why don't you leave me alone it's a family tradition.

  3. Start spooning all that butter over the top please. Thats the best part of a big juicy steak fry'd up, take couple pieces of good bread and soo up all that wonderful beefy greasy goodness.

    Now that looks gooood! Gonna grill up a tri-tip later today; it's marinating in the fridge now. Also called a Santa Maria roast, I hear it is not well known outside the western states. 225 - 250 degrees, hour and a half to get the interior to about 125 then reverse sear.
