  1. Now that's a pretty nice assortment. Most of the guitars on Eric Clapton's "Layla" album were played thru one of those little, low powered Fender "Champ" amps in the lower left corner. Sometimes with even both Eric & Duane Allman going thru the same amp at once as guitar part upon guitar part were layered on.
    Needless to say, surviving versions of that, low wattage, great sounding studio workhorse are worth a small fortune. now. I think Joe Bonnamassa has most of them in his "Nerdville" stashes.

  2. They used a Tweed Champ which are, as you say, spendy these days. The Silver and Black faces still sound good and aren't all that "relatively" pricey.
