And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I had a twin fin board but I never got a wave half that size. I surfed in Florida where the only waves bigger than 4 foot was when a storm was inbound. I did catch some 6 to 7 footers in southern California the few times I had a chance. I saw the waves on the north shore of Hawaii and I stayed out of the water.
