  1. Tower Records, miss those days where you could wonder and just look at different kinds of records and other merchandise.

  2. I miss it too. Lots of good discoveries. No algorithm feeding you the same kind of sounds the entire time.

  3. Back in the days that YOU owned the music you payed for.
When I go, someone will probably just toss all my CD's.

  4. That's where you can find me every Saturday morning.

  5. All the old haunts where I used to go and do this with CDs are gone. Wish I'd bought more of the bootlegs when I had the chance.

  6. Back in the day, I'd listen to the "King Biscuit Flour Hour" at midnight Friday or Saturday night. If I liked what I heard, I'd head out to Korvette's dept store and/or The Record Outlet here in central Pa, Harrisburg area. So much time spent going through new and used records! Time well spent!

  7. If only I had the back to go to a record store anymore... Been buying a lot of vinyl online recently.

  8. If you're ever near Kutztown, Pa. just off of interstate 78, check out a music shop called Young Ones. Excellent selection of vinyl, cd's, dvd's and other accoutrements for music fans. Right behind The Tavern which is on the main drag. Great little college town where our son went. Guaranteed good time and good food!

  9. Any Virginia thrift store might have some rare vinyl.
