And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Owned one of these Bug Eye Sprites back in the day ( the car - not the girl although that would have been nice too ). No floor pans - plywood. Fill up the oil and check the gas. Turning corners the wheels extended slightly ( body mounts shot ) Turn on the lights and wipers simultaneously and good old Lucas electric smoke escaped from the wiring. Came from the factory with built in rust. That said, the single summer I owned it was probably the best one of my life. And....I actually sold it in the fall for exactly what I paid for it. Good times.....
Even that far back in time, libtards thought that unicorns and rainbows were all that mattered. Morlocks were just people who needed to get a break in life. It was the very first glances of D.E.I.
I would love to switch places with the car...

ReplyDeleteThe ever lovely Yvette Mimieux
ReplyDeleteYvette has a nice backside! Probably a nice frontside as well.
DeleteYeah, pretty classy looking girl, had a boy's crush on her. I think she was one of the better looking blonds back then too.
DeleteI would love to be her pilot....
ReplyDeleteYvette. You beat me to it. Lovely-looking woman.
ReplyDeleteneighbor kid had one at 16 c. '65.
ReplyDeleteI first got a crush on her as Weena, the Eloi girl, in the move "The Time Machine." Whoo boy howdy!
ReplyDeleteI was a young teenage lad madly in love with that same Weena. Oh yes.
DeleteYep, major crush, although I wondered how she could be so naive as to believe the Morlocks meant no harm.
