And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Would like to try one for a day, or until it needed charging. Wouldn't have no patience for that wait. Did watch a YouTube video on a race track with a combustible sport car. The cyber truck did get off the line faster and had the sports car beat until the last turn on the track.
Watched one driving away, really has a cool look about it in motion. Hey, figure eventually when they are used up their battery and motors or kaput, might be had cheap enough for using one, mount it on a real truck driveline, from looking at another in a parking lot, looks frasible,
Wow! Have you seen what they go for new? That is one massive depreciation. You could probably bargain a grand or two off, use the savings to get new tires, and be driving a unique vehicle for very little money.
There are quite a few of them around here, we're not that far from Austin, and there is enough tech here to attract the types that would want one. Nothing against them in general, but they are butt ugly. There are a substantial number of them in all of the Texas cities now, enough where it's no longer a surprise to see one - Aggie.
Clearly the person that came up with this monstrosity is a genius. We should put that genius in charge of ALL of our government!
Forget about president. senators and representatives. What we need is an unelected-foreign born-billionaire with no previous experience and billions of dollars of government contracts!
How long before this genius decides your social security check is not necessary? That will be a FUN day!
Saw my first one the road here in central New England just a couple weeks ago. Not that I'm out and about much any more.

ReplyDeleteAt least the Aztek is no longer the ugliest car on the road.
ReplyDeleteI saw one for sale in Savanah last week for $19k. It needed tires.

DeleteSaw a couple IRL for the first time the other day, and they're just as ugly and stupid-looking as they appear to be in pictures.
