And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I bought one a couple years back. I've only been searching for iron or copper around my place and it has worked well. I don't know about gold and usage in or near water.
Garrett makes a good machine at a good price. I hunted with the Garrett AT PRO for about 5 years. Found lots of relics in places I had previously hunted hard with other machines. The only downside I found is that they are somewhat heavy. I, and most of my friends, have moved on to the XP Deus ll. Completely cordless, uses radio signals, is smoking fast and weighs less than 2 pounds. Costs about 3 times what the Garrett does, however.
Bought one a few years ago to hunt for the rims to my 1957 VW. Dad had thrown them over by the garbage pit decades ago thinking they were worthless. Nice unit, just need to watch some YT videos on how to properly utilize it.
This is a very nice starter kit, it’ll get the job done and then you can decide if you want to go deeper into the hobby….
ReplyDeleteAnyone ever tried this model?
