  2. None hold up very well. I have a full set of used ones, but if I need one for a serious project I'll probably go buy the size I need.

  3. Hole saws are useable upable
    items like drill bits.
    Yeah, you read that right, you use 'em up...like sandpaper.

  4. Some more delicate than others. This style, OK for wood, briefly. Maybe half dozen holes. Then they're toast. Bi-metal doesn't mean much as a claim, but sounds good. Better brands (Bosch) and designs (carbide tipped) IF run at the proper speeds & feeds in a rigid setup (drill press, maybe magdrill) can last for a few hundred holes. And like all of these 'sets', you need one or three of the dozen or two. Buy singly and the size you need.
