And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Those may be the newer LED bulbs, which are very efficient but as a result run cooler. The old incandescent bulbs ran hotter, which is less efficient, but the snow melted by accident.
Snow is pretty when nothing walks on it, used to wake up in Canada & look out my window to see only bird tracks in the snow just a white blanket covering everything.

ReplyDeleteSpent a year at the Naval Air station, Keflavik, 5/72-5/73. WAY better duty (and winters) than McConnell AFB, Kansas.
