  2. Yum! All that grass fed meat. Lady up the road has sheep, and for a month or so before she begins butchering she lets them run free in her apple orchard eating the drops, what you get when you order meat from her, is a cut up whole lamb, its 3 paper shopping sacks full of superb lamb meat, almost no gamey flavor like store bought. My favorite cut are the shoulder chops, fried in bacon grease, heaven on a plate. Usually have her leave the hams whole, that way they can be deboned, marinated with garlic clove stuck into the muscle, olive oil, salt, oregano, and lots of fresh squeezed lime juice, leave in fridge covered for 5-7 days, roasted in a dutch oven on an open wood fire. Cut that baby with a fork almost so tender and juicy, tastes like the finest cut of prime beef when your done.
