And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Saw something similar in Northern BC in the Mid 90's, Russian, no tail rotor, noisier than all get out. Louder than a regular Bell. It was long lining brine out of Ladyfern Gas Plant in rubber bags.

This is the rotary-wing version of that AR-15 with $19,000 work of accessories hung on it, because a basic helicopter wasn't complicated enough.
