And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

You'd likely hit your head on the picture frame when you lean back to nap in the chair, and the decoratively placed paddles means you have to crab into and out of the chair, or get your feet tangled.
Needs shade for sunny days and lamp for evening reading, lose paddles as they get in the way of legs, perhaps more horizontal surface than just the barrel for drinks, ashtray, snacks, etc.
