And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
These lithium boosters are worth the money, shop around if price is important. It is way easier to pull it out of the glove box or out of the trunk and walk over to the guy who needs a jump than it is to move your car closer.
Highly recommend. Bought 3 of this exact model last July, 1 for my ride, 1 for my wifes ride, and 1 for our son in FL. Paid $99 for each. Charged them up and amazingly enough the very next day the battery was dead in my 2001 Blazer 2dr 4x4.
Grabbed the NOCO off the rear floorboards (I checked out how it works the day before so I was familiar with it), connected it up, turned it on, jumped in my ride and it started right up. YAY!
Considering tow truck costs, that NOCO paid for itself within 24 hours of purchasing it. From here on out it is FREE!!! YAY!!!
I also carry heavy duty cables in both of our rides - never can tell.
FWIW, just last week I brought both NOCO's in to chanrge them and seen they both still had full charges 6 months later. I put em on the charger for 4 hours anyway.
Rob, you might wanna look into that fix-a-flat stuff. I've read that once it's inside the tire it causes permanent problems. If I have a flat and for whatever reason am unable to change it, I have a plug kit and a 12volt Campbell-hausfeld compressor.
Like so many things it depends on where & when you need it & how fast you want to be somewhere else. You just need to take the crap out of the tire when you go to fix it.

Just thinking... I'm not sure how it effects the TMPS if you have that...
DeleteMechanics just LOVE fix-a-flat!
DeleteOne of the best investments I've ever made.
ReplyDeleteBrilliant piece of kit.
ReplyDeleteExcellent, unless you're daft enough to dive an EV!
ReplyDeleteNah, the awe are great if you have an EV, plug it into the car and get an extra 100 miles of range.
DeleteI got one for my birthday.
ReplyDeleteIt works great!
Like Ghost... I own one... its bailed me out of multiple jams
ReplyDeleteI have the slightly newer GBX45 model. Very impressed by the apparent quality & ruggedness of these units.
