  3. IMHO you can always tell an amature cook when you see them press their spatula on to the item being cooked. LEAVE IT ALONE!!! It certainly will not cook faster!!!

    1. Slightly burnt cheese that has oozed out is key so in this case you may be wrong…

    2. Forcing the cheese is not the same as allowing it to ooze on its own. If you do not put enough cheese to have it ooze, then you are not a proper chef.

  4. The right condiment for a grilled cheese sandwich is mustard. Brown mustard. Give it a try, and you can thank me later.
