  2. The hard part is getting the zoning changed from business to residential . Getting permission from the local corrupt planning commission almost always requires a substantial bribe.... generally disguised as a tax, a fee or a campaign contribution. But they NEVER hand out variances from the existing plan for free.

    2. That place (the town) looks very desolate. I wonder how close is the next real town? Plus living next to a Stop sign, the noise of accelerating cars and trucks might make one a bit insane.

    Huh,thought it was a former "garage lmt.",hmmmm.....,sounds like one of those companies that charge big money to "organize your garage",i.e. put up some shelves and bike racks!

  6. Clear blue skies. Snow on the ground. Wouldn't cost more than 3 or 4 thousand a month to keep it heated in the winter……depending on your tax return. If it was in Cali.

    1. $3,000 - $4,000 per month to heat is?!! OMG! If I spend $300 per month on heat, I am not happy!!!

  8. Fix what's broken on the ext.; leave the patina, completely refurb. the inside & install a garage out back.
