And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Actually, this is very old school. I am surprised that they are still putting these out. Then again, I suppose if there is a market for them, . . . But really, the new style is much better, and ten times more reliable. For example, sticking with the same brand name, . . . the First Alert EZ Fire Spray. [Slightly more expensive, that is true, but a two pack (one for the kitchen, one for the garage) can be bought at Costco for a more reasonable price].
Every household SHOULD have at least one fire extinguisher on each floor of their house plus one in the garage. Good luck ordering one online and it getting to you un-discharged and/or undamaged. This is one of those items best obtained at a big box store.
And gawd help you if you use this. You'll have powder everywhere and never get it cleaned up. Way better to let the joint burn. Get a Halon extinguisher (if you can find one, good luck) or get a CO2 version for paper & flammable liquids or electrically ignited fires after you turn the power off. For stove fires, just put the dam lid on it. These dry powder jobs do work, but damn they make a horrid mess. Which is OK if the one who started it has to clean it up!
