People who run on bloodthinner would probably be grateful for this product. Down here in the Thorn Forest of south Texas, older hunters who get cut by thorns have to apply pressure to stop their scratches / punctures from bleeding.
Everyone without a clotting disorder should clot within 60 seconds. This stuff won't help people with clotting disorders or arterial bleeds, which require immediate medical attention.

Screw 'razor nicks'... will it close up bullet wounds? The next couple of years might require such an item in the medical kit.
