And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

The Captain is cooking an enormous brisket on one of these right now.
Saw a little old lady in the grocery store yesterday with two huge Boston Butts in her cart and she smiled and proudly told me this would be the fiftieth time shes cooked these for Independence Day! Is America awesome or what?
The advantage of the pellet smoker is you can set the temp and time and let it do the work. He started it at about four this morning, and it is out and resting in a cooler now.
